Carla & Michael, 20.10.2018 – Kincumba Mountain

We love it when our couples do something a bit different! Carla and Michael had booked us to only photograph part of their day, and they had decided to do a first look shoot before the ceremony rather than the typical bridal shoot afterwards, to ensure we didn’t run out of time and also enjoy a bit of time together before the official part of the day.

The excitement on their faces, just before they saw each other, and the joy when Michael finally got to lay eyes on his beautiful bride was amazing! Carla also did the first look with her daughters and parents, and there surely were some happy tears. During their ceremony Michael gave little bracelets to Carla’s daughters as gifts, and the couple also used their ceremony as a naming day for their son.

It was a beautiful wedding, and the celebrations kicked off when we packed up – just in time for huge storm clouds to roll in! We do know though that no thunderstorm could taint their fun.

Congratulations again, Carla & Michael! Thank you for letting us capture part of your day. We wish you and your family a wonderful future.
