Do you require a deposit to secure my wedding date?

Yes. Unfortunately we cannot hold dates without a deposit payment. A paid deposit means that we won’t take any other bookings for that day – it’s all yours! This is also the reason why a deposit is non-refundable. Our deposit for weddings is only $250, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding. We also sign a photography agreement with all our clients.

Do you offer print packages?

Absolutely! We cannot recommend professional prints highly enough. They are a beautiful display for your home, a perfect gift idea and a constant reminder of your special day.

We work with high quality labs, ensuring your photos will not only look stunning but also stand the test of time. Depending on your style and preference we currently offer Acrylics and Fine Art Prints.

All our packages are Add-Ons – there is no obligation to choose them and no time limit on making a decision either. You can also simply order individual prints. Some of our wedding packages already include some amazing prints – simply ask for more details.

Do you do engagement shoots?

We sure do! They are a great way to get to know us and how we work, get comfy in front of our camera and have fun! Plus, you get some amazing photos to use in your invitations etc. Price is $180 for a one hour shoot on location. For more information and inclusions please get in touch!

I’d love a second photographer to shoot my wedding – do you offer that?

You are in luck – we work most weddings as a team, which means you will have both of us photographing during your ceremony – the most important part of your day. This is a great bonus! The rest of the day we mainly work as photographer and assistant, but we may both keep shooting when possible.

Does Bridal Prep include groom getting ready too?

It sure can. Depending on your preferences and timeline, we can photograph both. We usually start with the boys and then photograph the girls in the final touches of getting ready.

If I choose a package and my preferences change – can I swap packages?

You can always upgrade. We understand that plans and circumstances can change, and we are happy to extend coverage if that helps you. However, please bare in mind that we cannot guarantee prices and specials that were valid at the time of your booking when you change packages.

When can I expect to receive my photos?

Editing times may vary, depending on photo amount and our general work load. In peak seasons we usually tell our clients 4-6 weeks turnaround time, but we always aim to deliver them as quickly as possible. We always do a sneak peek on our social media sites, to shorten the wait!
